Mit IP-basierten Internet Anschluss
Deutsche Telekom
Die Deutsche Telekom war das Unternehmen, dass am längsten an analog und ISDN festgehalten haben, Umrüstung von analog oder ISDN auf VoIP waren damals eine Katastrophe, vor allem für Pizzaservices und Essenslieferanten, da Fax trotz aller richtigen Einstellungen nicht zum Funktionieren zu bekommen waren. Das sind die Erfahrungen, die wir in Regensburg im Landkreis Regensburg gemacht hatten. Diese Erfahrung konnten wir gemeinsam mit Kollege Marco, diePCWerkstatt.de Marco Müller zusammen mehrmals machen.
Heutzutage ist das mit Faxproblemen meist in den Griff zu bekommen.
Die VoIP Rufnummern eines Telekom Anschlusses können nach unseren Erfahrungen und Recherchen nicht über andere Anschlüssen der Telekom, nicht über andere Anschlüsse anderer Anbieter in Deutschland, nicht über Mobilfunk sämtlicher Anbieter und nicht über Anbieter im Ausland abgegriffen und verwendet werden.
Vodafone Deutschland
Etwas unübersichtlicher als bei der Deutschen Telekom wird es bei Vodafone. Im Laufe der Jahre ist sehr viel zu Vodafone fusioniert, anfangs Mobilfunk D2 und D2 Mannesmann, im Festnetzbereich und DSL wurde ARCOR Teil des Unternehmens, Die Kabel-Internet Unternehmen Kabel Deutschland folgten nach 2015 später noch UnityMedia.
Durch ARCOR ist Vodafone da schon seit 2006 im NGN Bereich unterwegs und bietet VoIP an.
Mit den Kabel-Anbietern ist das was eigenes, denn hierfür wird standardmäßig ein anderes Telefonieformat genutzt.
Die Rufnummern können unseres Wissens nach nicht über Netze anderer Anbieter abgegriffen und oder genutzt werden.

o2
o2 ist heute nach der Übernahme des e-plus Mobilfunknetzes Teil von Telefonica.
Der Anbieter hatte nach seiner Netzzusammenlegung etliche Nutzer darunter auch uns verärgert durch Kein Netz am Wohnort, vor allem hier im Landkreis Bamberg.
Die DSL-Sparte stammt vom früheren Anbieter Alice.
Nach der gesetzlichen Festlegung der freien Routerwahl ist zwar theoretisch möglich, seinen eigenen Router zu verwenden. Im Support beim Kunden ergab sich jedoch ein anderes Bild. Man wollte uns die VoIP Daten zum Eintragen in den Kundenrouter nicht herausgeben, auch nicht nach mehrfachen, auch schriftlichen Anfragen.
Die Kunden mussten also die Alice oder o2 Box in jedem Fall vorschalten, ein Telefonkabel von der o2 oder Alicebox an eine FRITZ!Box durchschleifen, und bei der FRITZ!Box 7390/ 7490 einen LAN-Port als Uplink nutzen.
Ein Kundenunfreundliches Unterfangen, aber Kundenanliegen sind diesem Unternehmen aus den Aussagen unserer Kunden und unserer eigenen Erfahrungen tendenziell egal, um es noch positiv zu formulieren.
Bei o2 können keine Anschlüsse irgendwo anders verwendet werden, VoIP-Telefone und Hardware nur äußerst umständlich. Die Nummern können nicht woanders abgegriffen werden.

1und1.de ist Bestandteil von United Internet.
Hosting wurde kürzlich abgespalten und firmiert unter IONOS .
Funfact : Beide am meisten in den Medien konkurrierende Webhoster IONOS.de und STRATO.de gehören beide zur United Internet AG. Transfer einer Domain einer Kundin von STRATO zu 1&1 hatte mein Kollege Marco, diePCWerkstatt.de ebenfalls fast Life mitbekommen, ein 3/4 Jahr!
Das vielseitige Internet-Knowhow sitzt heute bei 1&1 Versatel stammt mit einst von Freenet.
Wichtig für deutsche Anschlussinhaber ist, dass bei Internet-Problemen ggf. auch verdeckt bei Telefonieproblemen bis zu 3 technische Ansprechpartner in Frage kommen, bei denen das Problem dann im Endeffekt liegen kann.
ÜvT Schalthäuschen Telekom Endnetz zum Kunden die Telekom, Im Netzbereich ab ÜvT Vodafone. 1&1 ist Anbieter am Vodafone-Netz.
Trotz 3 möglichen Anbietern bei Internetproblemen haben wir ein Gesamtbild von sehr gutem Service, was wir von Kunden von 1&1 bislang so mitbekommen haben.
1&1 war auch der Anbieter, bei dem VoIP auch für außergewöhnlichen wie Fax auch schon zeitnah anstandslos funktionierte.
Bei reinen VoIP Rufnummern ehemals über Freenet funktioniert es laut Kollegen, Marco, www.diePCWerkstatt.de Marco Mueller die Rufnummer auch an einem anderen Anschluss abzugreifen.
Von Rufnummern, die in DSL Paketen enthalten sind, haben wir bislang keine Informationen.
SIP only , funktionieren weltweit

Es soll Tarife ohne festen Anschluss auch weiterhin geben. Bitte beim Anbieter nachfragen!

sipgate.de ist reiner Anbieter von VoIP Rufnummern. Das dafür sehr stabil.
VoIP funktionierte dort auch schon zeitnah mit Fax.
Manko ist der kurzfristig erst recht hoch gewordene Endpreis für die Businesstarife, wovon kleinere Unternehmen wenig brauchen. Die Sprachtranskripierung ist gelinde gesagt beängstigend und Realitätsfern.
Die Anrufe können von allen DSL, Kabel-Internet und Mobilfunkanschlüssen abgegriffen und benutzt werden, auch im Ausland, es sei denn das VoIP Protokoll ist geblockt.
So auch die Rückmeldung, Kollege Marco, diePCWerkstatt Marco Müller .

Laut Bundesnetzagentur.de muss jede Person, die eine lokale Rufnummer hat, einen Wohnsitz in der Stadt haben, in der die Nummer liegt.
Das liebe Kollegin Rebekah Carter von uctoday.com, sind unsere Erfahrungen aus Deutschland.
In Deinem Artikel klingt es ein wenig so, dass die Deutsche Telekom das Maß aller Dinge im Bereich VoIP ist.
Das Bild stellt sich hier etwas anders da. Ich persönlich finde aus meinen Erfahrung auch dass 1&1 und SIPGATE wesentliche Vorreiter sind, und dass diese Anschlüsse aus Kundenrückmeldungen nahezu störungsfrei laufen.

Deutsche Telekom / German Telekom
Deutsche Telekom was the company that held on to analog and ISDN for the longest time. Conversion from analog or ISDN to VoIP was a disaster at the time, especially for pizza services and food delivery companies, as faxes could not be made to work despite all the correct settings. These are the experiences we had in Regensburg in the district of Regensburg. We could make this experience together with colleague Marco, diePCWerkstatt.de Marco Mueller together several times.

According to our experience and research, the VoIP numbers of a Telekom connection cannot be accessed and used via other Telekom connections, via other connections of other providers in Germany, via mobile networks of all providers and via providers abroad.
Vodafone Germany / Vodafone Deutschland
Vodafone is a bit more confusing than Deutsche Telekom. Over the years, a lot has merged into Vodafone, initially mobile D2 and D2 Mannesmann, in the fixed network area and DSL ARCOR became part of the company, the cable Internet companies Kabel Deutschland followed after 2015 later still UnityMedia.
Through ARCOR, Vodafone is there already since 2006 in the NGN area on the road and offers VoIP.
With the cable providers, this is something of their own, because a different telephony format is used by default for this.

o2 is now part of Telefonica after the takeover of the e-plus mobile network.
After its network merger, the provider had annoyed quite a few users, including us, with no network at their place of residence, especially here in the Bamberg district.
The DSL division originates from the former provider Alice.
According to the legal definition of the free choice of router, it is theoretically possible to use one’s own router. However, support at the customer’s site showed a different picture. They did not want to give us the VoIP data to enter into the customer’s router, even after multiple requests, including written ones.
So the customers had to connect the Alice or o2 box in front, loop a telephone cable from the o2 or Alice box to a FRITZ!Box, and use a LAN port as uplink on the FRITZ!Box 7390/ 7490.
A customer-unfriendly undertaking, but customer concerns tend not to matter to this company from what our customers have said and from our own experience, to put it positively.
With o2, no connections can be used anywhere else, VoIP phones and hardware only extremely awkwardly. The numbers cannot be picked up elsewhere.

1und1.de is part of United Internet.
