Was soll ich tun, wenn mein Computer oder Notebook defekt ist?
Klar, da fällt uns ein mit dem Support des Herstellers aufzunehmen.
Das kann per e-mail über die Telefon-Hotline oder per Whatsapp Chat geschehen
Stellt sich dann aber heraus, dass der Rechner oder das Notebook eingeschickt werden muss, wird es hektisch,
oft wird vieles vergessen.

Jetzt kann es extrem teuer werden!
Beweislage für ab dem Zeitpunkt des Transports!
Hast Du daran gedacht, Fotos zu machen. Fotografiere den Rechner oder den Laptop von allen Seiten.
Wenn Du ihn auch laut Support offen hattest, mach auch Fotos vom Innenleben, von den Platinen. Plastikkomponenten, Scharniere etc. . Wenn beim Transport oder auch dort im Service noch weiteres kaputtgeht, könnte der Vertragspartner des Herstellers auf die Idee kommen zu behaupten, dass ein anderer Defekt von nicht sachgemäßer Handhabung kommen kann, und deswegen keine Garantie gegeben ist.
Du als Kunde sollst für die Reparatur zahlen! Mache diese Fotos bei gutem Licht mit einer Hochauflösenden Handykamera. Dabei soll das GPS, Handynetz-Datenverbindung und W-LAN in jedem Fall an sein.
Schau dass Dein Handy die Standortdaten und die Uhrzeit mit speichert!
Einfach die Bilder an den Support schicken und löschen. FALSCH!
Sichere die Bilder am besten auf CD-ROM oder DVD-R so wie sie aufgenommen wurden!
Wie kannst Du das bewerkstelligen? Installiere am Smartphone die App Send Anywhere oder Send-Anywhere.
Nun wählst Du alle Bilder des defekten Computers oder Laptops in der Galerie des verwendeten Smartphones aus.
“Senden an” anklicken und die App Send Anywhere auswählen! Sind die Bilder versandt werden Sie von Send Anywhere in eine ZIP Datei gepackt und Online in deren Cloud zwischengespeichert. Du bekommst einen 6 Stelligen Code angezeigt . Sieht zum Beispiel so aus 725 829 . Jetzt gehst Du an den Rechner und gehst dort entweder auf http://send-anywhere.com oder auf unsere Seite http://news.computerservice.arminfischer.com . Wir haben das Tool auf unserer Seite auf der rechten Seite in der Sidebar. Wenn diese Seitenleiste fehlt, versuche Dein Browserfenster größer zu machen. Und schau nach ob Werbung und oder andere Elemente von Deinem Browser blockiert sind. Die sechsstellige Zahl, wir hatten 725 829 in Send Anywhere ein. Die Datei wird als Zip gespeichert.
Keine Sorge, die Standorddaten bleiben erhalten, auch wenn es komprimiert ist.
Entpacke die ZIP. Erstelle eine Daten-CD oder DVD, auf der die gepackte ZIP aber auch das Verzeichnis entpackt droben ist.
Erstelle sicherheitshalber 2 Datenträger!
Lass die Dateien vorerst auf dem Rechner und dem Smartphone. Du hast sie jetzt 4x. Das ist relativ sicher.
Einige e-mail Programme vor allem am Smartphone komprimieren die Bilder von der Dateigröße vor Versand.
Neben dem Fakt, dass nicht reingezoomt werden kann und noch kleinere Details hergeholt werden können, wenn die Bilddatei dort komprimiert wird, gehen auch die GPS-Daten verloren.
Bei e-mail-Programmen lässt sich das oft abschalten. Wenn Du das als Beweiskräftig verschicken willst, musst Du die Komprimierung abschalten. Bei WhatsApp und Telegram ist es das gleiche! Standardmäßig werden Bilder komprimiert und Daten und GPS-Daten gehen verloren.
Jetzt haben wir aber alles. FALSCH !
Du wirst sicherlich was gearbeitet haben. Wo sind Deine Daten?
Wo sind Deine Daten?
Die sind im schlimmsten Fall nur auf der Festplatte des Computers oder Laptops, den Du gerade so verschickt hättest!
Du musst entweder die Festplatte ausbauen und die Festplatte mit Hilfe eines USB-to-SATA-Adapters an einem anderen Rechner auslesen und Deine Daten auf den anderen Rechner kopieren.
Auf diesem anderen Rechner musst du Administrator sein, um Benutzerverzeichnisse kopieren zu können.
Ich nehme einfach mal an, dass Rechner Deine Festplatte als Laufwerk G: erkannt und verfügbar gemacht hat.
Kopiere die Verzeichnisse G:\Users\MeinBenutzername oder G:\Benutzer\MeinBenutzername auf die lokale Festplatte des anderen Rechners. C:\ ist meistens die Windows-Partition, wenn Du eine Partition D:\ hast, die groß genug ist, nutze besser die. Falls Du e-mail Progamme wie Outlook oder Thunderbird nutzt sind weitere Dateien notwendig, die Du sichern musst. Wenn Du diese Benutzerverzeichnisse und alle Verzeichnisse im Hauptverzeichnis kopiert hast bis auf das Windows-Verzeichnis, bist Du auf der sicheren Seite, was die Windows Partition auf Deinem einzuschickenden Gerät angeht. Wenn Du auf Deinem defekten Laptop oder Desktop-PC weitere Partitionen hast, kopiere die alle. Mach dann für jede Partition ein Verzeichnis z.B. “C” , “D” , “F” und so weiter, damit nicht totales Chaos herscht.
Bevor Du den Rechner oder Laptop aufschraubst, versichere Dich beim Support, dass die Garantie nicht erlischt, per e-mail oder Text Chat!
Sollten die da was sagen, müsstest Du mit dem Rechner wie er ist, zu einem Vertragspartner, dass dieser Dir die Daten sichert! Eigentlich ist es in vielen Ländern so rechtlich geregelt, dass Du den Rechner zum Zwecke der Datensicherung aufschrauben darfst.
Was tun bei mehreren Betriebssystemen?
Bei mehreren Betriebssystemen mit unterschiedlichsten Dateisystemen kommst Du da nicht mehr weiter.
Wir von Computerservice.arminfischer.com und Kollege Marco, diePCWerkstatt.de Marco Mueller Regensburg, empfehlen hier eine 1:1 Kopie [Einszueinskopie] der Festplatte. Zwar brauchst Du eine zusätzliche Festplatte, aber Dui hast dann eine neue Festplatte die noch so gut wie keine Betriebsstunden hat und alles so wie Du es gehabt hast. Spätestens wenn Du bei den Dateien nirgendwo ein Windows-Verzeichnis hast, ist klar, dass Du im Computer oder Rechner noch eine SSD hast. Die sieht eta aus wie ein RAM-Speicher-Modul, nur hat sie die Pins zum einstecken an der kürzeren Seite. Geh damit zu einem PC-Service oder in eine PC-Werkstatt Deines Vertrauens und lass Dir die Daten sichern oder eine Eins-zu-eins-Kopie erstellen.
Bitlocker-Verschlüsselung
Wenn vom Windows-Betriebssystem eine Bitlockerverschlüsselung eingeschalten war kann es haarig werden oder auch schon alles zu spät sein. Du brauchst den Schlüssel zum Entschlüsseln. Ohne den geht nichts.
Du hast ihn Dir entweder aufgeschrieben oder er befindet sich in Deinem Microsoft-Konto, oder Du hast ihn auf einen anderen Datenträger gespeichert. Im schlimmsten Fall ist er nur auf dem Mainboard des Laptops oder des Rechners auf dem TPM2.0 Modul . Wenn Du Pech hast, ist gerade das jetzt defekt.

12. Nach Zustimmung des Supports Festplatte ausbauen, am Ersatzrechner mit SATA-to-USB Adapter anlesen und alle wichtigen Dateien kopieren. Alle Verzeichnisse im Hauptverzeichnis kopieren. C:\Benutzer\MeinBenutzername enthält im wesentlichen alle wichtigen Dateien. Wenn e-mails nur auf dem rechner befinden zum Beispiel in Outlook oder Thunderbird, müssen diese Dateien zusätzlich kopiert werden. Ist auf der Festplatte nirgends C:\Windows zu finden ist mit Sicherheit noch eine SSD verbaut! Unbedingt klären ob eine SSD verbaut ist und die Daten dort auch sichern lassen. Für die SSD-Speicher, die an einem M.2 Port verbaut sind, ist ein weiterer Adapter notwendig.
Wenn bestimmte Programme nur noch auf dem Rechner vorhanden sind, oder wenn Linux und Windows oder verschiedene Betriebssysteme vorhanden sind, hilft eine 1:1 Kopie beim PC-Service oder in der Computerwerkstatt Eures Vertrauens. Egal wo Ihr ungesicherte Daten abgebt, selbst wenn ein Kreuzchen Datensicherung steht, immer noch anfügen Datensicherung erforderlich!!!

Before you unscrew the computer or laptop, make sure that the warranty does not expire, by e-mail or text chat!
